Vital Beat and its manufacturers shall not be liable, in contract or by law, for any loss, damage, injury or other accident of any kind or by anyone caused to the person or property of anyone, including the buyer, principal, and/or any other third party, arising from or arising from the use or application of the products by the buyer, client and or any other third party.

Purchaser agrees to bear for itself and its successors and assigns all losses, costs, expenses and damages and to indemnify the event and hold Vital Beat harmless from and against all costs, claims, losses, damages (including punitive damages), claims, liabilities, lawsuits and lawsuits (including all expenses, attorneys’ fees, attorney’s fees) asserted against, incurred, or payable by Vital Beat, arising out of this agreement and/or arising out of the use or application by purchaser, client, or any other third party of the Vital beat product range.

Vital Beat shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages and waives all responsibility and liability to any third party for any consequences resulting out of the use of or inability to use Vital Beat products by any legal or natural person.

You have the right to receive a good product. In case there is something wrong with it we will help you to the best of our abilities to solve this problem. Our products are warranted for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling, normal wear and tear, uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Due to the nature and purpose of our product every case will be separately reviewed by us.

Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims and is limited to the original customer. A repair or replacement of defective product(s) is the sole and exclusive remedy of the customer.

This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by an accident, misuse, failure to follow installation, operating and or care instructions, misapplication, alteration or (an attempt to) unauthorised repair by anyone other than Vital Beat. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue (after use) is not covered by the warranty.
